Extended approximately 18 months ago, this fabulous detached family home offers deceptively spacious, very comfortable living space - just over 1300 sq ft. The property is clad to the front elevation and of masonry construction throughout. It is set back from the road behind a five bar gate, and site roughly central to its large plot, with open countryside views located on the cusp of the pretty village of Biddenden. The living room is a double aspect room with a feature brick fireplace and the luxury kitchen/diner forms a notable feature of the property. There is an extensive range of solid wood wall and base units under solid oak work surfaces that are arranged around a large island, which has an inset Belfast sink, with plenty of space for casual dining and a Velux window which adds to bringing in plenty of natural light. There is a stainless steel dual fuel five burner range, integrated dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and wood burner. From the dining area the French doors bring the garden in and there is concealed wiring for an audio sound system. A side porch gives access to the side of the property and carport. A recessed entrance with a fully glazed door opens to a superb reception hall which has a rustic feel with wood flooring and stained architraving - this could easily be an additional reception room/dining area. The bungalow has a total of four bedrooms, three of which are good double rooms. The master suite has French doors out to a private raised decking area and en-suite shower room. The accommodation offers a degree of flexibility and one of the bedrooms is currently used as a large study. In addition there is a family bathroom which has a white suite and wall mounted shower.
