We have had to take this facility down for the time being due to the prohibitive costs that the banks have imposed on us for this service. We are currently in negotiations so that we can deliver this service at a more competive price. We will reinstate this service as soon as we can.

In the meantime and for your convenience we can accept online payments to our client account at no charge to you. The details are as follows

PLEASE NOTE: To enable us to credit it to the right account it is imperative that you quote a reference. This will compromise of your tenancy ID (a five digit unique number) with your surname. If your surname is Roberts living at the property ID87654 the reference will as follows.

If the correct reference is not quoted we will be unable to credit your rental account and so interest and administration charges will accrue as per your tenancy agreement.

You can also pay us by credit or debit card for which there is a £10 administration fee and, in the case of credit card payments, a 3% surcharge.
