The Old Tannery

Stour Street, Canterbury

Selection of luxury townhouses & apartments in Canterbury City Centre

The development

Following the success of the first phase (Canterbury Waterside), which consisted of 19 luxury apartments, we are delighted to launch the next phase to the market. Award winning developers Gillcrest Homes have continued to transform the former 18th Century St Mildred’s Tannery buildings with eight 3 & 5 bedroom townhouses and sixteen 2 & 3 bed apartments.

The townhouses are finished to an exceptionally high spec and feature open plan living areas, fitted kitchens with integrated appliances and quartz worktops along with contemporary bathrooms and en suites. Vicaima internal doors, chrome ironmongery and a mixture of carpets and luxury vinyl flooring add to the quality finish. To the ground floor, you will find the open plan kitchen / living / dining area, a WC and storage cupboard which can be accessed from the entrance hallway. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms. One of which has an en suite shower room. One of the other bedrooms on this floor has a ' Jack & Jill' bathroom so that can also be used as an en suite. All of the bathrooms have under floor heating, Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware, Hansgrohe shower thermostats and Italian carrera marble tiling. Each townhouse will have a TV fitted to the main bathroom. The top floor has two further bedrooms and large fully tiled shower room. Please call today to discuss further and register your interest in viewing the show home.
