They specialise in acquiring land for clients who are actively looking at the moment. As part of the buying service, we identify opportunities (both on and off market), provide valuation advice, identify any potential pitfalls, negotiate the price and manage the process to exchange and completion to ensure a smooth and stress free purchase for our clients.
We are currently working with a wide variety of builders in the South East who are constructing anywhere between 2 to 400 units per year. We offer a comprehensive service encompassing everything from the sale or purchase of land, initial marketing reports and design advice in relation to existing or proposed sites, through to the marketing and sale of the finished units.
Our centralised new homes department can provide market analysis, comparable evidence and advice on sites that are being considered for acquisition or sites that are already owned. We can review with you how best to maximise GDV on your land bank.
We are also currently acting for some smaller local builders where we are selling smaller volumes of units on an individually negotiated basis.
Our team, from director level to marketing, work closely with the developer to ensure that the service we provide best suits their needs. We have recently completed a new homes site where we acted for a developer as sole agent for the sale of their 108-unit site. We dealt with all aspects of the process from initial guidance on unit specification through to marketing of the site, on site signage and hoardings as well as online, local press and the major web portals. We provided our own employed site staff and management team to report to the developers board on a weekly basis. This site was completed on schedule and significantly ahead of the target income effectively meaning that our involvement was cost neutral.
