Sales Advisor - Canterbury
Do you love the buzz of closing a sale? Are you proactive and motivated? Are you able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at any level? Is providing excellent customer service important to you?
We require a confident, quick learner that has an excellent telephone manner, strong face to face communication skills and a desire to excel. Previous industry experience would be ideal but is not essential if you have a strong sales and customer service background. Due to the nature of the role you will need to have a driving licence.
The role will be fast paced, varied and duties will include dealing with initial enquiries, accompanying viewings, conducting valuations and being part of all the negotiations that will lead to the successful sale or let of our client’s property.
We are offering an above average basic salary, depending on experience plus an uncapped bonus.
