The vendors of this property initially instructed an online estate agent after they vastly overvalued it. After listing the property, communication was poor and interest was low. The performance of the property was not monitored in anyway and no changes were made to the marketing. Disappointed and out of pocket (after paying upfront fees), they approached us after seeing our photography and reading our 5* reviews.

Our in-house photographer visited the property and transformed the presentation of the property. We agreed a sale just 10 days after launching the property.
