No fixed term contract

Why do agents insist on sellers signing lengthy sole agency agreements? The answer is simple, because it is in the agents best interest. They will often overvalue to  secure a fixed, sole agent contract to increase their own market share. At Sandersons UK we believe it is unethical to tie our clients into a fixed contract.

In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with our performance, you can dis-instruct us at any point. We believe the quality of our service should be the reason clients choose to remain loyal to us, not because they are bound by a contract.
