The owner had listed the property with us a few years ago but decided not to move so we withdrew the property from the market, they were so impressed with our service, they returned to us when they did decide to sell. We refreshed the photos and launched with our phased marketing strategy to maximise exposure and ensure no registered buyers missed an alert.
Six people viewed the property within the first two weeks of it going live, an offer was accepted 19 days after the property was first launched. From issuing the memorandum of sale to exchange took five weeks, with a mutually agreed delayed completion.
The property was a fine Grade II listed oast & barn with twin roundels, full of immense charm & character in the most delightful rural setting. Capturing the beauty of the property and its location was essential.
On the outside, we combined our elevated photography with drone imagery to give a great sense of the location and to really show off the twin roundels. Internally, we focussed on the small details that made the home special, from the beautiful oak staircase, to the delightful triple aspect roundel living room. They were all beautifully photographed and featured in our property particulars.
