Wonderful lettings department

I have used the Lettings department at Canterbury for many years.

They have always been very helpful.

Emily is especially helpful, polite and attentive. She always has a cheerful disposition, and is quick to answer any questions you may have. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Amazing!

I logged our washing machine that was not working and with a newborn I was concerned on how long it would take to be fixed. In the past I have logged things and it’s taken over a week for a response but not this time! Within a day I had Emily on the phone telling me someone will be out the next day! She then phoned later that day to confirm it had been fixed. Amazing customer service - kept me updated throughout which I have never had before!

We recently sold our home and were very pleased with the professional help that we received from Sandersons.

Our house was well presented on the Sandersons website at a competitive price which quickly attracted a committed buyer. We found Sandersons to be very responsive and they consistently provided sensible advice throughout the advertising and contracting processes.

Quality service provided at an affordable cost

After an unexpected work request to relocate across the continent, I was referred to Sanderson's by a friend of mine. Their Fully Managed service of my current property in the UK has been brilliant. I was particularly impressed by the 'front-end' service provided of photographs, advice on tax implications and subsequently advertising and then finding a tenant for the property.

Additionally, Sandersons provide a periodic assessment of the property to ensure appropriate standards are being adhered to by the tenant and they reiterate this articulately back to myself. My personal relocation was stressful enough and I am grateful to Sanderson's for providing a consistent service which has in turn made this move a lot easier.

Fantastic

I purchased a house recently with Sandersons. My sales progressor was Kerry Blue. Well how great was she. Kerry went above and beyond for my purchase to go ahead smoothly. She even kept me more informed on our house chain progress than my selling agent did. Answered all calls/emails promptly even when it was her day off! Sandersons are extremely lucky to have such an asset working on their team. Many thanks Kerry for everything!!

Understanding, supportive and efficient. Kerry, along with the team at Sandersons were brilliant throughout a very long journey that was challenging at times.
