The story

This contemporary four bedroom detached family home was initially marketed by another local agent for 107 days. Throughout this time communication from the agent was poor, they were difficult to contact and they rarely received updates.

Frustrated with their agent, they approached us after reading our 5* reviews. We transformed the photography to show off the scenic location and open plan spaces. 

The images were accompanied by a video tour, a well written description and detailed floor plan. We launched the property with the same guide price as the previous agent and agreed a sale just 15 days later.
