The story

We originally valued this property five years prior to coming to the market but the timing wasn’t right for the owner. When they were ready to come to the market the owners instructed us as they appreciated our detailed appraisal and they liked that we wouldn’t tie them into a fixed term contract.

Within five days of launching the property had six viewings booked. These resulted in three offers, all within the guide price. The vendors accepted an offer in the middle of the guide price, exceeding their expectations. Our in-house sales progression team ensured a swift exchange in 8.5 weeks after the offer was accepted.
