• Offer applies to new sales instructions to Sandersons UK Wells office only with the agent contract signed during October 2022.

• £1000 cash back on properties sold for a fee of £5,000 or more. Contact us for a free valuation & fee quote.

• A standard marketing fee of £200 plus VAT will be charged to the seller on completion of the sale. 

• The sale of the property must go through Sandersons Wells office.

• Negotiated sale fee must be paid on completion before cash back offer paid.

• Cashback will be paid within 14 days upon receipt of Sandersons Wells sales fees and writen confirmation of the bank details the cashback should be transferred to.

• Sellers must sign ‘sole agency’ term with Sandersons Wells. Sandersons UK do not tie any clients into a fixed period contract - this is standard with other agents for up to 16 weeks. 

• Sellers must use Sandersons preferred solicitors to help facilitate a smooth transaction. Quotes available on request. (Sandersons do not gain financially from this arrangement).
