How easy is it to swtich from my existing block managing agent to Sandersons UK?

Your existing provider may imply that switching is irksome, but this is not the case. Sandersons UK will liaise direct with your current agent to release previous correspondence, existing balances, invoices, credits, maintenance contracts. Existing contracts can be re-evaluated at the next budget review. We would inform all leaseholders of the management changes, details of our online reporting tools and who to contact.

If you would like further details or would like to arrange a meeting with our Senior Block Property Manager please call us on 01227 517 777 . Otherwise, please complete the form and our experienced team will contact you shortly.
