We understand you may not always be able to contact the office during working hours to report maintenance and the online system enables you to do so at your convenience on any device. Furthermore, we have identified that issues can be rectified more promptly when more information such as photos can be uploaded to the system (direct from your mobile device) to assist the contractors in obtaining the correct parts and materials.
Where possible, you will also be provided with tools and advice for self-resolution of common issues. Fixflo is also available in 40 languages which would be translated when the report is submitted.
