Guide price - £325,000 - £335,000. This beautiful three bedroom semi detached family home is in the highly popular seaside location of Lydd on Sea. Just a stones throw away from the beach this stunning location is perfect for family days out and evening walks. The property has been lovingly cared for by the current owners and is neutrally decorated throughout. Upon entering there is a downstairs cloakroom in the entrance hallway for convenience. The open plan living/dining room is wonderfully lit with natural light and has the double French doors leading out to the rear garden. There is plenty of space for home furnishings and makes for a perfect environment to enjoy family meals whilst taking in the fresh air in the warmer months. The stylish kitchen has a grey suite and white marble effect worktops with the added luxury of a breakfast island. There are integrated appliances including a ceramic hob with extractor hood above, an oven, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The utility room is just off from the kitchen and has space for a washing machine allowing for the convenience of keeping cooking and laundry separate. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one single, all with built in wardrobes giving you plenty of storage space. The bedrooms are neutrally decorated with light grey carpets keeping within the modern décor. The family bathroom is fitted with a modern white suite and has a shower over the bath giving you the option of a relaxing soak or refreshing shower. There is a shower screen fitted to the bath and a heated towel rail fitted for those cold mornings. This superb property has gas central heating and double glazed windows throughout.

Outside: To the front of the property you will find the long paved driveway leading you to the single garage. There is a low maintenance shingled area which you can make your own by adding some pretty potted plants or feature ornaments. The driveway also has plenty of space for several vehicles. Making your way out to the rear garden you will find a mixture of paved walkways and a well maintained lawn area. There is plenty of space for garden furniture, storage sheds and even a children's play area. The garden is a perfect sun trap due to no trees or shrubs surrounding the boundary. There is a beautiful palm tree to the rear giving you summer vibes all year round.

Location: Lydd-on-Sea is part of the ecclesiastical and civil parish of Lydd, now several miles distant but which once had access to the sea. There are three shops; a convenience store, fish bar and hairdressers. The beach at Lydd-on-Sea is part of the Dungeness National Nature Reserve, making it popular with bird watchers and nature lovers. The beach is mainly shingle with some sand and then mud at low tide. There is a small car park and toilet. The nature reserve is also to the west of the village. The Southern Railway opened a railway station here in 1937 but was closed in 1967 because of lack of use. The Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway trains run through Lydd-on-Sea, with the nearest station at holiday park about 1 mile to the north. Bus route 102 runs from Lydd, through Lydd-on-Sea to New Romney and onwards to Folkestone and Dover. Romney Marsh has fifteen small villages and two towns that make up the Marsh. Most have their own church and country pub, which were, and still are in many cases, the focus of each local community.
